Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

CiCy offers a generous free tier with no payment required. We encourage you to try the free tier before purchasing a paid plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. This applies to:

• First-time Pro plan subscriptions.
• First-time Team plan subscriptions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email steve@cicy-ai.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges).
• Partial month usage — we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account automatically reverts to the free tier.
• No further charges will be made.
