By accessing or using CiCy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CiCy is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, manage, and interact with applications through natural language. The Service includes a web application, desktop application (Electron), and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CiCy. Content you create using the Service belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant CiCy a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Notion, Google, GitHub, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. CiCy is not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner (Paddle).
Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiCy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CiCy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
